The initial development fee is a fixed fee and is only payable once at the time of service order.

Monthly Management Fee (MMF)

Net monthly management fee £1,000.00
Value added tax @ 17.5% £175.00
Gross monthly management fee £1,175.00

The monthly management fee is a fixed fee and is payable monthly on the 1st day of each month starting after the 1st month when a service order was placed. There is a minimum service period of 12 months, after which the service can be cancelled in writing by either party providing 30 days notice.
